The poster presents maps of students of the Faculty of Science (Charles University in Prague) which emerged in the course “Thematic Cartography”. Instructions were as follows: 1st possibility: compose a map in a known artistic style, 2nd possibility: compose a map using a known artistic technique, 3rd possibility: compose the map in a completely original way. Imagination and creativity are not limited, but you have to respect the basic rules of cartography. |
